TrackRival is a product research tool operated under the TrackRival brand. We aggregate public pricing pages and changelog updates so teams can compare vendors faster.

You may use the public site for research, evaluation, and internal competitive analysis. Please do not abuse the service, interfere with the site, or attempt to scrape our scrapers at a rate that harms availability.

If we later add accounts, paid plans, or APIs, extra product-specific terms may apply to those features. Until then, public pages are offered on an as-is basis.

We try to keep pricing and changelog information current, but vendors change pages without notice. You should verify critical decisions directly with the vendor before making a purchase or migration call.

We are not liable for losses caused by stale pricing, temporary outages, incomplete changelog coverage, or third-party service failures.

You may not reverse engineer private parts of the service, bypass rate limits, or reuse TrackRival data to build a competing scraper product without permission.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Hong Kong unless a stricter local consumer rule applies.
