TrackRival collects the minimum data needed to run the product. Today that mostly means your email address if you join the waitlist or subscribe to updates.

We do not run tracking pixels in our emails, fingerprint browsers, or sell audience data. We are trying to monitor SaaS vendors, not our readers.

Product and signup data currently lives in Neon, which may process data in the US or EU depending on the project region and backup path.

Transactional emails and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. That means your email address is shared with Resend only to deliver the message you asked for.

We store basic operational logs so we can debug broken signups, scraper failures, and abuse. Those logs are not used to profile individual visitors.

If you only browse public pages, we are not asking for an account and we are not trying to identify you across the web.

If you want your email removed, send a request to support@trackrival.dev and we will delete the related waitlist or digest record.

This page will get more specific as the product adds billing and user accounts, but the default will stay the same: collect less, explain more clearly, and make deletion easy.
